Some good friends of the Enrico family here in Seattle recently relocated to Luxembourg, taking with them their beloved acacia Enrico grater. We just received this picture of their lovely daughter who had just finished grating some of Europe’s fine cheese on one of America’s finest graters. We love to see our products at work!
